The property benefits from an established site layout and enjoys frontage onto the local public road network. -The surrounding area is characterised by a mixture of one-off rural dwellings and established residential properties, creating a low-density residential context. The site is well positioned in proximity to the villages of Donacarney, Bettystown and Mornington, benefiting from access to a range of local amenities including schools, shops, recreational facilities, beaches and coastal walks.
