Sold price alerts
Create a custom watch directly against Property Price Register records, or use OpenList's exact local-market matching for an eligible street or estate.
Works anywhere
Enter a full Eircode for an exact match, or a term such as Castleheights, Maryborough Hill or a road name. Add a county when the term could occur in more than one place.
How matching works
Each email summarises the match once; the full results page keeps the per-sale match detail when you need it.
Structured local market
Where OpenList has built a canonical street or estate market, follow that market and receive only newly recorded sales assigned to it.
Start typing a street or estate name.
1. Choose what to watch
Use a full Eircode, an address keyword with optional county, or an exact OpenList street or estate.
2. Preview the coverage
Custom alerts show matching sales from the last 12 months before you save them.
3. Get new matches
OpenList emails you only for matching records received after the alert starts or resumes.
About timing
The Property Price Register can be published after the actual transaction date. Alerts tell you when a matching sale has been recorded by OpenList, not that the property has just sold.
