(e) the reconfiguration and extension of the existing car parking areas, including accessible parking spaces, EV charging infrastructure, bicycle parking, revised set-down facilities and a dedicated two-way access route serving the existing caravan park; (f) hard and soft landscaping, boundary treatments, ecologically sensitive public lighting, roof mounted PV cells, associated drainage infrastructure, the provision of a freestanding double sided totem sign, and all associated site development and ancillary works. A Natura Impact Statement will be submitted to the planning authority with the application
