Extension of Duration (20/1175) - development on lands at Cutbush, bounded to the south by Brownstown Manor Road, to the east by Cluain Park, to the north by agricultural lands and to the west by one off housing. The development will consist of the construction of a new residential scheme of 12 no. residential units comprising; 3no. single storey 4 bed units (GIA c. 145 sqm), 3 no. 2 storey 4 bed units (GIA c.140 sqm), 5 no. 2 storey 4 bed units (GIA c. 150 sqm); and 1 no. 2 storey 4 bed unit (GIA.c. 171 sqm) units.
