Permission for development which will consist of the construction of a stand-alone part-2-storey, part-single-storey building of c. 547 sq. m to include 3 no. café/restaurant (food and beverage units - no. 8 - c. 185 sq. m, no. 9 - c. 117 sq. m and no. 10 - c 245 sq. m) to replace the permitted "drive-thru" restaurant under Planning Reg.
