The scheme will further include two new pedestrian links to the south connecting the proposed development to existing footpaths located north of the Gaelic Football/Soccer pitch within Knocknacarra Community Centre. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the planning application and the NIS will be available for inspection or purchase for a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy during office hours at the offices of the Planning Authority.
