PROTECTED STRUCTURE. Panacea Ventures Limited intends to apply for Planning Permission for development comprising works to Bellevue Mill, 765 South Circular Road, Dublin 8, D08 PE89, a Protected Structure (RPS Ref. 1852). The development will comprise the adaptive reuse, repair, refurbishment and extension of the existing protected structure, including change of use from the previously permitted multimedia centre to provide 11 residential apartments. The proposed development includes repair and retention of the existing historic building fabric; removal of inappropriate modern interventions; selective reinstatement, alteration and formation of window and door openings; construction of two contemporary additional upper floors; provision of a new stair and lift core; replacement windows and doors; internal alterations; provision of a communal roof terrace; cycle parking; bin storage; plant; landscaping; boundary treatments; drainage; and all associated site development works.
