The proposed development will consist of modifications to the elevational design and floor plan layout of the previously permitted 3 storey creche/ community centre building (approved under Reg. Ref. SD22A/0398) resulting in a reduction in overall floorspace from 1610sqm to 1596.8sqm. Revisions are proposed to the approved site layout plan including: removal of the pedestrian bridge and relocation of the external play space area from the open space located to the west of the stream to an outdoor deck play space adjacent (west) of the main building and an enclosed play space at ground floor level on the southern elevation.
