The scheme will further include two new pedestrian links to the south connecting the proposed development to existing footpaths located north of the Gaelic Football/Soccer pitch within Knocknacarra Community Centre. Additional works will comprise hard and soft landscaping, planting, lighting, boundary treatments, surface water drainage infrastructure, public lighting, CCTV, an ESB substation, and all associated and ancillary site works. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the planning application and the NIS will be available for inspection or purchase for a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy during office hours at the offices of the Planning Authority.
