The site is generally bound to the south by Pearse Street and to the north by Brunswick Villas, Dublin 2. We, Greybirch Limited, intend to apply for planning permission at this site, of c. 0.1346 ha, at Nos. 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 Tara Street, Dublin 2 and Nos. 5, 6, 7 George’s Quay, Dublin 2.
