The existing pumphouse is to be demolished and relocated with in a new structure using aluminium material giving an agricultural structure as the existing structure has a domestic appearance to it. The new structure will be approximately 34m from the N81. The existing walls and pillars are to remain but it is proposed to plant new vegetation on both sides of the walls to blend in with its natural surroundings. I have attached to drawing no EM-25-06 an imagine of what is to be proposed. The existing entrance gates are to be removed and replaced with aluminium farm gates similar to the original gates but still maintaining the recessed entrance as the site has always had access from the N81. I hope the information supplied will favour the application granting a Section 5 exemption to the proposed works.
