1. A development of 6 no. apartments where we have: 2 no. 2 bed apartments at ground floor and 4 no. 2 bed, 2 storey duplex apartments at first floor which incorporate a flat roof designed as a blue roof stormwater management system, upgrade the existing entrance and roadway located to the side of “Lizzy Keogh’s” public house as a means of accessing the development, 2. to extend the public footpath to the front of the site and provide ramping to the public road.
