Development will consist of the refurbishment of an existing, 38m² single storey cottage and construction of a 2 storey, 224m² extension to the side/ north of the existing single storey cottage. Both buildings will be connected by a single storey glazed link. The cottage refurbishment will comprise of a new entrance hall, home study, cloak room and bathroom.
