Secure dog park for exercising and socialising dogs from the local area and beyond which will include the following (a.) 1 No. dog run to include agility/activity equipment an internal 1.2m/1.5m wide walking track as well 2 no separate enclosures for small dogs/sensory area (b.)the enclosure which will be bordered by a 1.8/2.0m high perimeter post and wire fence will contain a timber shelter area for visitors, access gates off a proposed new car parking area , as well as proposed seating and rubbish bins for depositing bagged dog waste only. (c ) a proposed new vehicular entrance off public road with a 3m wide double gates for safe entry and egress with security fencing to entrance area which is recessed off the public road .(d) a proposed new car parking area and signage with secure fencing circa 1.8/2.0m high, and all associated site works
