Demolition of the single storey detached rear outbuilding, single storey side extension as well as single storey outbuildings to the rear of the garage;- remodelling and refurbishment of the existing house, that will include the creation of an additional storey above part of the house to create a dormer style dwelling, with a single storey element remaining to its side (south); a proposed new two storey side extension that will connect the remodelled house with the proposed converted garage and store rooms to its north, to create a refurbished, remodelled and extended five bedroom dormer dwelling that will contain a single storey element either side, with a new roof above all elements- the remodelled dwelling will contain three small dormer type windows to the front, and two to the rear as well as modifications to its fenestration at ground floor;- the front elevation of the dwelling will be set back along part of its front elevation at ground floor to create a terrace with a flat roof element above; and - the development will also include the replacement of the new waste water treatment plant, landscaping and other ancillary works to facilitate the development
