Amendments to planning permission reference 24/60284 (principally relating to the construction of a new discount food store supermarket with ancillary off-licence sales on an extended site), the proposed development comprises: 1) extensions of permitted foodstore building (totalling 60 sqm) to western and southern elevations/sides and reconfiguration of internal building layout (with a total gross floor space of 2,350 sqm and a net sales area of 1,518 sqm, in lieu of 2,290 sqm and 1,452 sqm respectively permitted); and, 2) associated revisions to site layout, including relocated trolley bay enclosure, bin store and building mounted signage, reconfigured car parking and hard and soft landscaping, expansion of glazing to full height to Wexford Road façade, and all other associated and ancillary modifications to 24/60284 above and below ground level
