12 Residential units and extensions and alteration to the existing dwelling on site, the development will comprise of the following (1) 6 No. house type A- 151m2 4-bed detached units ; 2 No. house type B- 146m2 4-bed semi-detached units; 1 No. house type B1- 146m2 4-bed semi-detached unit; 1 No. house type B2- 161m2 4-bed semi-detached units and 2 No. house type C- 93m2 3-bed semi-detached. (2) the proposal will also include for the extension and alterations to the existing 217m2 dwelling on site including demolition of existing outbuildings/garage and yard, the proposed works to the existing dwelling are as follows: (A) the construction of two separate ground floor extensions to the rear of the building measuring circa 7.3m2 and 3.9 m2 respectively (b) minor alterations to the existing plan and elevations. (c) the demolition of existing non habitable spaces to the rear of the dwelling which include the concrete yard, outbuilding and garage to provide for new and improved access to new rear garden spaces for the existing dwelling once completed (d) a proposed new 24m2 shed. (3) revisions and alterations to existing vehicular entrance on site to serve the development. (4) connection to all services, mains water and public lighting as well as all soft and hard landscaping and boundary treatments including hedging, walls, fences and all associated site works
