Creation of a new vehicular access to the site from the R761, together with alterations and improvements to the adjoining main road network, including all necessary signage, road markings, and traffic management measures. Installation of advertising signage including a freestanding totem pole. Construction of a single-storey building with a gross floor area of approximately c.635.7sqm, comprising: a retail area with Off Licence (c.100 sq.m), two food preparation and concession areas (c.125.9 sq.m), a coffee dock (c.50.3 sq.m) customer toilet facilities, Indoor seating area (c.105.2sqm) provision of an outdoor seating area and a children’s play area.
