The proposed development will consist of the construction of 16 no. 2-storey, terraced houses in 3 no. blocks (Blocks A-C), comprising 11 no. 2 storey, 3 bedroom terraced houses and 5 no 2 storey, 4 bedroom terraced houses; a mixture of in-curtilage and on-street car parking; a private gated laneway to the rear of the houses; public open space; landscaping; boundary treatment; public lighting; new vehicular access to adjoining public road; and all associated site and infrastructure works necessary to facilitate the proposed development.
