Redevelopment of two existing single storey farmyard storage buildings (circa 283 msq). The works are comprised of the subdivision of the existing storage areas, with new concrete floors and new façade cladding and roof finishes to the existing building fabric, with elevational changes to include new doors and screens to existing and new openings within the new façades. All existing associated site services including surface water drainage will be retained and repaired as required
