The application also seeks retention of single storey extensions to the North (side) and East (rear) sides of the house, and retention of a small front porch, all of which were constructed in 1999. The application further seeks retention of a small conservatory extension to the South-East corner of the house. This small conservatory was constructed in 2012. This application seeks to tidy-up the planning status of these various historical elements as here listed
