The removal of the existing Chiller 7 structure and its associated primary pumps and concrete plinth at the northeastern portion of the site and the construction of a new concrete plinth to facilitate the installation of a heatpump, two no. chiller’s, a dry air cooler, pressurisation unit and electrical panel. The development will also include associated pipe connections back to the Takeda Building; b) the provision of a new concrete plinth to the southeastern portion of the site to provide a new Battery Energy Storage System compound which will contain a BESS container and a HV switchgear Container and associated transformer and inverters, cabling, ducting, landscaping and ancillary infrastructure and site development works necessary to facilitate the development
