(A) Remove the existing timber decking/terrace, to the south/southwest (side), c.108 sq.m. in area. (B) Construction of a new extension, 76.7 sq.m. in area, to the south/south west (side) comprising circulation area, kitchen, dining area and lounge on ground floor level. (C) Extend existing stepped entrance area to the east (front), forming new steps with planter walls. (C) Internal modifications to the ground floor level comprise of, (i) relocate the kitchen to the new extension. (D) To the west elevation (rear), (i) remove two existing windows (ii) Form an opening to the ground floor level - to receive a new door measuring 2800mm wide x 2500mm high. (E) To the south elevation (side), (i) remove existing double door (ii) in lieu, form a new window measuring 1500mm wide x 1325mm high (iii) install a new roof light, 5.04 sq.m. in area. (F) To the north elevation (side), form an opening to the ground floor level - to receive a new window measuring 500mm wide x 2100mm high. (E) Carry out all necessary ancillary site works.
