Modifications to the previously approved planning permission reference 19/368 comprising: • Relocation of the previously approved external plant room to a new position adjacent to the southwestern site boundary. • Provision of a 42sq.m steel storage and maintenance shed. • Reconfiguration of the site plan including access roads and ramps within the site, updated landscaping proposals, hard and soft landscaping; and all associated ancillary site works. • Reduction of the overall car parking numbers from 90 no. to 80 no.
