Structural steel canopy over the existing loading and unloading bays, the canopy structure having a gross floor area of 316.55 sqm, the relocation of the existing site entrance to a location to the south of the existing entrance, the erection of fencing, as replacement for the existing fencing and site entrance, to the eastern site boundary and all associated site works, at the existing biofuels production facility. The proposed development relates to a development which requires a Technical Amendment to an existing Industrial Emissions License (EPA Registration No P0950-01)
