The 49 no dwelling units are as follows: 6 no 4 bedroom detached dwelling, 24 no 3 bedroom semi detached dwellings, 1 no 5 bedroom detached dwelling, 8 no 3 bedroom end terrace dwellings, 8 no 2 bedroom mid terrace dwellings and 2 no 3 bedroom detached dwellings together with new ancillary internal access roads, infrastructure, landscaping and boundary treatment, new connection to existing sewer including pipe jacking of new sewer line under the Slaney River and all associated site works. Construction connects to a previously granted planning application granted under Planning References Numbers 17/764 and 18/916
