Foul drainage will be connected to existing public sewer. Surface water will be collected and discharged to existing lake for reuse in the existing Powerscourt Gardens. Parking will be provided for the proposed development within the existing Powerscourt House facilities which is in the curtilage of a protected structure, namely Powerscourt House
