Extend the appropriate period of a permission - 06/5701 - business park development including 15 no. units of varying design. The heights of the units range from 2 to 3 stories (inclusive of interanal mezzanine floors) with a maximum height of 17.5m. The units will accomodate a range of employment/enterprise/business activities including office, warehouse, light manufacturing, light industrial, warehouse distribution, science & technology, medical services & a creche. A total of 650 car parking spaces are to be provided. Access to be provided on an interim basis from the N11 Scratenagh Crossroads junction, via the local road to Kilpatrick, pending upgrade of the N11. The total gross floor area of the development is 38,300sqm on a site area of 6.62 hectares. Development to include all site development works, landscaping, lighting, ESB substations, waste disposal /recycling facilities and internal roads
