The proposed development will consist of the change of use of the existing ground-floor Class 2(c) betting office, with a gross floor area of approximately 78 sqm., to a Class 1 retail shop; removal of the existing BoyleSports fascia, window and associated signage; removal of the internal betting-office fit-out; repair, making good and redecoration of the retained timber shopfront; reinstatement of clear retail display windows; and all associated site and ancillary works.
