Permission for retention for 1 no. existing site entrance, includes gates, fencing and groundworks/hardcore constructions and for (ii) Planning permission for an 'Ecotourism glamping site' on a site of 3.97 hectares. Proposed development consists of 13 no. single storey structures in total, all 13 no. are non-permanent structures. These consist of 2 no. Geodesic domes (2 bedrooms), 4 no. Nomad cabins (1 bedroom) and 1 no. reception/cafe cabin. Separately 2 no. toilet/WC facilities, 1 no. bicycle shelter, 1 no. pump house, 1 no. well house and 1 no. refuse store (external). (iii) Proposed car-park, vehicular paths and pedestrian paths to the site all with proposed permeable finishes, proposed car-park to house 21 no. parking bays, 4 no. accessible bays and 4 no. electrical charging bays for glamping site use only. (iv) Proposed eco-friendly treatment system with bio-rock system and willow bed distribution area, (v) Proposed vehicular entrance to existing site, exiting onto the L5026-1 public road, includes gates, fencing and groundworks/hardcore constructions (vi) Proposed works to 1 no. existing site entrance, to include proposed fencing, gates and groundworks/hardcore constructions, this will facilitate 3 no. passing bays in total along the L5026-1 public road, (vii) A Natura Impact Statement will be submitted as part of the application, proposal includes all other associated site works
