Permission for development at a site on lands to the south of Clonattin Village. The site is located to the south of Phase 1A (WCC reg. ref.: 20211415) and 1B (WCC reg. ref.: 20211573) located south of Clonattin Village Road. The proposed development will consist of the alterations to previously permitted boundary treatments under WCC Reg. Ref. 20241284 (and amendments to condition 23). Planning permission is sought for: 2 m high precast concrete house rear and side boundary walls, 1.2 m high precast concrete house front walls, 2 m high gate and fence at the attenuation pond. The remainder of the development is to be carried out in accordance with the parent permission WCC reg. ref. 20241284
