Permission for development consisting of the following: retention permission and completion of unauthorised changes to fully serviced storey and a half detached dwelling house and domestic garage along with all ancillary and associated site works granted under planning permission ref: 20160851. The modifications to the originally approved design consist of the following design changes: 1. Modified elevational treatment to front elevation with removal of stone cladding to feature gable walls and replacement with low level brickwork and natural stone capped low level plinths, 2. Modification to original storey and half rear elevation to incorporate additional floor area in plant room and master bedroom overhead, 3.
