Permission for further amendments to planning permission ref. 20230773 (as previously amended under planning reg. ref. 20241090). The proposed amendments include: removal of the northern substation bay consented under planning reg. ref. 20241090; revised surface water drainage design, with underground attenuation crates discharging to watercourse at pre-existing greenfield run-off rate; updated landscaping arrangement; use of cut/fill to create revised ground levels, leading to an approx. 800mm increase in ridge height of Synchronous Condenser barn enclosure; addition of an emergency generator, storage container, and auxiliary transformers; updated internal access road and yard layout; addition of fire exits from first-floor level of barn enclosure; minor elevation changes to barn enclosure, including the addition of cooling vents; the addition of an above-ground wastewater storage tank; revised fencing.
