Permission for a 10-year permission for the proposed development which will consist of: (i) Construction of a multi-level extension to the existing manufacturing building on site, with an overall gross floor area of approximately 2,994sq.m to include process room, plant and equipment room, plant and utilities room and electrical room, with a general height of approximately 27m at parapet level, rising to a maximum height of approximately 29m at Staircore 2, including roof mounted plant. (ii) Provision of 2No. external bulk tanks with an approximate height of 17.3m and associated access platform reaching a maximum height of approximately 17.5m above established ground level. (iii) Provision of associated high level pipe racks with a maximum of height of approximately 13.2m. (iv) All associated and ancillary infrastructure including connections to surface water drainage, foul water drainage and water supply and all ancillary works including paving and landscaping. The proposed development is on a site which the Chemicals Act (Control of Major Accident Hazards Involving Dangerous Substances) Regulations 2015 applies
