Permission for the proposed construction for a construction waste and demolitions recycling facility (located in part of a disused Sand Quarry) to allow construction waste be recycled/reused as part of the circular economy (Under a Certificate Of Registration (10,000 Tonnes per year), use of a mobile crushing plant, install concrete storage bays, construction of site assess road, monitoring apparatus, 2 no storm water lagoons, site store/container, vehicle wheel wash and on site drainage. The proposed development will also include for a section of the adjoining agricultural lands to be in filled (re contoured) with clean stone, soil and subsoil for the purpose of agricultural land improvement (Under an Article 27)(14,000 Tonnes per year for a period of 3 to 4 years only) with the maximum volumes of materials (construction and demolitions waste and soil, sub soils and clean stone) to be taken on to the site shall not exceed 24,000 tonnes per years and all associated site works
