RED III Application - A notice has been given under paragraph (a) of section 34D of the Planning & Development Act 2000 (as amended). Permission for the installation of a 700kWp (kilowatt-peak) solar photovoltaic (PV) energy system comprising ground-mounted solar panels on adjacent agricultural lands, together with all associated mounting structures, cabling, electrical inverters, isolators, control equipment, security fencing and ancillary works required to connect to the existing electrical infrastructure on site. The proposed system will supplement the applicant's current energy use and the power generated will be for self-consumption. The planning application may be subject to section 34D of the Planning and Development Act 2000, as amended. When a notice issues in accordance with section 34D(b), the provisions of Article 26A of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 to 2025 shall apply
