Permission for retention and permission for development which will consist/consists of: permission for retention is sought for modifications made to the existing dwelling during its construction which differ from the dwelling approved under planning application Reg. Ref. 20072890, including; (i) an increase in the floor area at ground and first floor levels (addition of 10.8 sq. m) and associated changes to the elevations including the repositioning of the chimney stack; (ii) provision of a patio door on the south-western elevation and a repositioned high level window on the north-eastern elevation, all at ground floor level; (iii) addition of a window on the south-western elevation at first floor level and the repositioning of the dormer window serving the northern most bedroom (Bedroom 1); and (iv) a minor increase in the ridge height of north-western (front) roof section from 6.850m to 7.050m. Permission is sought for minor amendments to the as built dwelling including (v) internal modifications to the stairs and the provision of new partition walls at first and second floor levels resulting in a revised floor plan configuration; (vi) replacement of the existing patio door to the south-western elevation with a new window; (vii) provision of a new window at first floor level on the north-western elevation; (viii) provision of a new roof light in the rear roof pitch; and (ix) all ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development
