Permission for retention for the following unauthorised works to an existing as built two storey residential dwelling and detached domestic garage/store to that previously granted permission under Pl. Rg. No. 20073805: the change of position on site of both structures, change of overall designs resulting in changes to external/internal dimensions and an increase in the floor areas, changes to the positions of/alterations/additions/omissions/design to windows and doors, change of roof design to dwelling, pitch, eaves and ridge heights of existing roofs, change of position of chimneys to dwelling, the construction of a store and satellite dish/aerial to the side elevations of the garage/store, change of external rendering and finishes and all other unauthorised associated site works and external and internal alterations to the as built existing structures which differ to that originally granted permission. Permission for retention is also being sought for the change of position on site of the effluent treatment plant and bored well to that originally granted permission under Pl. Rg. No. 20073805 and the construction of a detached boiler/pump house and rear store. Permission is also being sought for change of site boundaries and site layout to that originally granted permission under Pl. Rg. No. 20073805
