Permission to: 1) Renovate and extend the existing derelict house on site at No. 10 St. Ibar's Villas to achieve a pair of semi-detached, one and a half storey houses to be known as No. 10A and No. 10B. 2) To subdivide the site to facilitate that as stated at 1 above. 3) To upgrade the existing vehicular entrance off St. Ibar's Villas to service House No. 10A and permission to construct a second vehicular entrance off Ballyboggan Lower Road to service House No 10B. 4) To construct a single storey double garage to the rear of house No. 10A. 5) Permission to extend the footpath on Ballyboggan Lower Road around the corner into St. Ibar's Villas and across the frontage of site.
