Permission for the proposed erection of alterations and extensions to the Wexford GAA Centre of Excellence consisting of the following, a single storey extension to the south side of the existing clubhouse consisting of 4 no. dressing rooms, large meeting/dining room, kiosk/shop, office, store rooms, toilets and auxiliary accommodation, a two storey extension to the north side of the existing clubhouse consisting of entrance foyer, 2 no. dressing rooms, offices/meeting rooms, 2 no. referee rooms, physio rooms, squad gym, rehab gym, hi performance/cardio gym, plant room and auxiliary accommodation, a covered viewing stand/seating to the west side of the existing clubhouse together with alterations to the internal layout and external facade of the existing clubhouse and the installation of new external signage together with all associated and auxiliary site works including alterations to the existing car parking facilities with the addition of an overflow carpark and the installation of hard and soft landscaping and a new sewerage pumping station to connect to the existing mains together with the decommissioning of the onsite waste water treatment system
