Permission for retention of the following alterations and roof space conversions to the existing two storey dwelling: 1) The conversion of the second floor attic space to habitable accommodation to include additional windows and rooflights. 2) The alteration of the existing first floor dormer space. 3) Minor alterations to the elevations. 4) Alterations to the domestic garage design from that which was previously granted under Planning Register No. 20150624 which includes the incorporation of a home office and storage over ground. Also permission for the removal of part of the unauthorised garage structure to reduce its height and to construct a new roof over same with ancillary works and permission to upgrade the existing Waste Water Treatment System to EPA standards to accommodate the population equivalent.
