The proposed amendments relate to Phase 3 of the overall development and consist of: (a) revised design of Block 3 to provide a total of 18 no. 2-bed, 3 person apartments arranged around a communal entrance lobby and stair core with passenger lift. Note: Block 3, as approved, consisted of 12 no. units made up of 2 no. 1-bed apartments, 4 no. 2-bed apartments and 6 no. 3-bed duplex units; (b) change in house type and layout of Phase 3 houses resulting in 17 no. units in total made up of 15 no. 1-bedroom, single storey houses and 2 no. 2-bedroom, two storey houses. Note: this location previously consisted of 12 no. units made up of 6 no. 2-bed, two storey houses and 6 no. 3-bed, three storey houses; (c) associated amendments to site layout, car parking and landscaping. In total, the proposed amendments provide an additional 11 no. dwelling units over the entire development, i.e. an increase from 68 to 79 dwelling units.
