Proposal description

1) Permission for retention and completion of alterations to, together with relocation and reorientation on site, of the dwelling house which was previously granted permission on site under Planning ref. 20200539 and the alterations to the dwelling house comprise of the following: (a) the removal of the lower ground floor and swimming pool together with pool filtration area and for the erection of the dwelling house as single storey building (b) the alterations to the proposed floor plan to incorporate additional floor space and revisions to internal layouts and external elevations as shown and (c) the relocation of the car port to the dwelling house, and we also hereby apply for (2) Permission for (a) the proposed erection of a single storey steel shed and (b) the proposed relocation of the treatment plant on site from that previously granted under Planning ref. 20200539, together with all associated site works and ancillary services on site. A Natura Impact Statement will be sumitted with the application.
