Permission for retention for 1 no. existing site entrance, includes gates, fencing and groundworks/hardcore constructions and for (ii) Planning permission for an 'Ecotourism glamping site' on a site of 3.97 hectares. Proposed development consists of 13 no. single storey structures in total, all 13 no. are non-permanent structures. These consist of 2 no. Geodesic domes (2 bedrooms), 4 no. Nomad cabins (1 bedroom) and 1 no. reception/cafe cabin. Separately 2 no. toilet/WC facilities, 1 no. bicycle shelter, 1 no. pump house, 1 no. well house and 1 no. refuse store (external).
