Development which will consist of: 1. Demolition works to existing shop building (32sqm) and removal of existing storage shed (68sqm). 2. Permission for Construction of single storey extension (505sqm) to existing service station building to cater for retail use with relocated off-licence & deli area. The existing service station will become ancillary to the new retail facility. 3.
