Refurbishment with all associated internal and external alterations of the ground and first floor layout of an existing hotel and restaurant building, which is a protected structure (RPS No.: 039-027 & NIAH Ref.: 15322038); for internal alterations to an ancillary self-catering apartment; and all associated site development works.
