The existing building, which is also a protected structure (RPS No. 200 & NIAH Reg. No. 15009296), includes a basement storage area, a ground floor retail unit and an additional 2 storeys of office space. Works to facilitate the change of use will include: 1) alterations to the internal layout of the ground floor level with the removal of some internal partitions, the addition of new sanitary facilities, new serving counters and kitchen facilities, seating and fit out; and 2) new external signage and all associated site development works
