This application includes all drainage works. The development includes a new retaining wall which ties into that permitted under Pa Ref: 18/7226 and the removal of the boundary wall, to the west of the application site, permitted under Pa Ref: 18/7226, to allow the two sites to be joined. The development includes all other ancillary development including underground development to service the project.
