For the alterations to the existing cottage, consisting of bay window to the front (east elevation) alterations to existing windows and doors on front (east) and side(north) elevations, increasing the roof height by 1.2m high to accommodate additional bedrooms at first floor level and removal of chimney on front elevation. Retention is also sought for the existing extension to the rear (west) elevation of the cottage consisting of 2no. bedrooms with adjoining ensuite, a utility, a bathroom and a sunroom on ground floor level and 2 no. bedrooms with adjoining en-suite, a utility, a bathroom with adjoining en-suite and en-suite to master bedroom on first floor level and retention to the front and side (east and south) elevations, consisting of a sitting room on ground floor level and mster bedroom, walk in wardrobe and to retain and complete proposed bedroom on first floor level of the existing cottage, measuring 326.4 sq mtrs for all extensions.
