Development that consists of cut and fill of soil material located in the adjoining field North West to the Tyrrellspass GAA grounds. The proposed maximum depth of cut is approximately 0.7m deep and the maximum amount of soil fill is approximately 3m. The proposed finished ground level is approximately 0.4m above the existing adjacent playing pitch and approximately 1.4m below road level taken from a point located at the existing GAA entrance. No material will be removed off the site while it is proposed to fill with imported soil (subject to waste permit/certificate subject to a separate application) and for all associated site works
